• Strict Adherence to Raffall Rules: We operate 100 per cent within Raffall’s official guidelines. We will never manually extend or delay a draw date to force more sales.
• Guaranteed Prize Protection: In the event that a raffle does not reach its minimum ticket threshold, Raffall’s automated system safely protects players by converting the draw into a cash prize fund (75 per cent of total ticket sales) paid directly to the winner. You are guaranteed to walk away with either the advertised prize or the official platform cash alternative, meaning you are never left empty-handed.
• Automated Draw Auditing: Every winner is selected completely independently by Raffall's automated random algorithm. We have zero manual impact on who wins a draw.

2. Free Entry Route Policy

To ensure alignment with the Gambling Act 2005 and fair access guidelines, entry into our active draws does not require mandatory spending. We offer two distinct free entry methods, both granting the exact same statistical odds of winning as a paid ticket:

• Postal Free Entry Route: To submit a free postal entry for any competition on Raffall, you must have a registered account with a verified email address and mobile number. Write your USER ID and RAFFALL ID clearly on a postcard, and post it to:

• Digital Free Entry Route: In addition to postal entries, you can utilise our digital verification process. You must possess or create a free user account at Raffall.com so we can safely track your position. Email your full legal name, Raffall account details, and the specific live raffle you wish to enter to [email protected].
• Ticket Allocation (Digital): Once verified via the digital route, we will generate and reply with a unique 100 per cent discount code allowing you to check out a single ticket on Raffall completely free of charge.
• Strict Limitations: Submissions are limited to exactly one free ticket per person, per raffle across both available options. For digital entries, ensure your emails are sent no later than 24 hours in advance of the raffle closing time to allow for manual processing.

3. Age Restrictions, Defence Verification & Logistics

Airsoft platforms (RIFs) require mature, responsible, and lawful handling. Our competitions strictly reflect that exact standard to maintain safety inside the community:

• Strictly 18+ Only: All users must confirm they are 18 or older when registering on our host platform. Minors are strictly prohibited from entry.
• Defence Verification (UKARA): In strict compliance with UK law, the physical transfer of any Realistic Imitation Firearm will only be completed once the winner provides a valid UKARA registration or alternative verified skirmish defence. If a winner cannot provide valid proof of defence, a cash alternative or platform voucher may be issued at our discretion in alignment with platform rules.
• UK Residents Only & Shipping Boundaries: Competitions are strictly limited to residents within the United Kingdom. Standard fully insured shipping is provided free of charge to verified winners residing within the UK mainland. Due to transit regulations and cross-border legalities surrounding imitation firearms, we cannot accept entries or ship items to any addresses outside the UK.
• Responsible Marketing: Our promotions and media footprints are tailored entirely to hobbyists. We never direct campaigns toward minors, nor do we present competitions as financial investments or employment options.

4. Data Privacy & GDPR

When you submit a free entry request, or otherwise contact us via email, your privacy is fully protected:

• We exclusively use your data to check allocations and send your entry tickets, or to deal with the question or query you have presented.
• Your communications are handled securely, and your contact profiles are never sold, shared, or passed on to commercial third parties.

6. Boundaries of Liability

While we source premium gear and maintain total transparency on our draws, technical management of the system infrastructure, payment checkouts, account verifications, and drawing software engines are completely owned and operated by Raffall. RIFRaffles is not liable for structural platform bugs, network server downtimes, or system crashes occurring natively inside the host domain.
